With 20+ years in retail—spanning visual merchandising, e-commerce, and mobile commerce—I’ve learned how to blend instinct with insight. I’ve scaled categories, identified winning products, and driven growth by trusting both the numbers and my gut.
My biggest wins came from seeing what others missed. From building out underdeveloped spaces to optimizing for trends before they hit, I’ve always had a feel for what’s next—and the results to prove it.
Eventually, I felt the burnout. But that led to breakthrough. One night, the idea for my consulting business poured out effortlessly—and I knew it was time to help others do the same: move with clarity, confidence, and alignment.
